    Supply Chain Planning, Customer service, Logistics, Project Management Kyle has over 20 years of experience in supply chain. Prior to joining as Senior Consultant at Solutions4Business, Kyle was Senior Supply Chain planner for Unilever NA. Kyle spent 17 years at Unilever in various roles from Production Planner/ Supply Integration (Plant) to Supply Chain Planning (Corporate). In that role he managed $200 million national brand growing at a rate of 15% annually. Identified opportunity for improvement and led a team to change sourcing strategy that resulted in savings of $1 million annually. Kyle managed his team to meet annual inventory commitment of $34 million and led the S&OP process team for supply chain at Unilever NA.

    Kyle is a results-oriented professional experienced in supply chain, customer service, manufacturing and logistics who excels in fast paced environments. Kyle is a proven leader committed to excellence and continuous improvement and member of multi-functional teams. Additional areas of expertise include Sales and Operations Planning, Root Cause Analysis, Exception Management, Project Management, Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, Customer Support, New Product Launches and SKU Rationalization.

    Kyle’s recent focus is in Supply Chain Audit space, as a Team Lead he works closely with Solutions4Business Project Manger in laying out project management plan. Additionally Kyle is responsible for managing all aspects of deliverables on the projects, tracking execution against the plan, supervising business analysts, identifying and mitigating risks. In his role he is directly responsible for engaging with the end user, conducting interviews, documenting approved supply chain manufacturing and distribution strategy, documenting issues, performing root cause analysis, generating recommendation, applying system and process fixes and conducting process and systems training to get the best practices embedded in the business teams.

    Project Manager

    Robert Bredbenner is the most recent addition to the team at Solutions4Business, Inc. and is currently a "Senior Consultant / Project Manager in S4B's Supply Chain Consulting practice. Robert has over 20 years of Supply Chain Management experience in the consumer goods sector with extensive insight in the area of Foods & Beverages. Having "risen up through the ranks", Robert has an in depth understanding of the entire "end to end business process"; not only in manufacturing and warehousing but roles at the Corporate levels as well in the areas of; Supply Chain Planning, Transportation and Deployment of finished good products.

    In a past project role, Robert was responsible for the SAP PPDS implementation in North America, Mexico and Brazil for a large Global FMCG Company. Robert was tasked with not only developing and executing end user training, but was also responsible for change management, end user system testing, "cut over" activities and "go live" support. This project required frequent global travel, so there are no issues with Robert's passport or his willingness to travel.

    Robert is also passionate about identifying and eliminating all forms of waste in the business. By having a sound understanding of manufacturing operations and common business processes he applies the TPM tools and approach to stratify losses, create cross functional teams with clear mission statements that drives engagement with all teams involved, with the intent to modify existing procedures and current personal behaviors and realize savings. One of Robert's most satisfying examples of this passion is spearheading an award-winning sustainability project that resulted in a large manufacturing plant achieving zero landfill. Robert also enjoyed educating more than one hundred large and small sized business by sharing his waste-reduction education program by speaking at numerous conferences.

    Robert earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Caldwell University and is a JIPM-certified TPM instructor.

    He lives in Virginia and oversees the southeastern region of the United States.
