Session Abstract:

In order to be successful the project manager needs to understand and manage conflict. This session will arm the Project Manager with the skills to avoid conflict along with time tested methods to resolve conflicts within their projects. It will also explore the beneficial and negative effects of project conflict. Application of these strategies will result in enhanced project performance.

About Mark Hehl:

Mark Hehl is a Senior Consultant at Solutions4Business Consulting and has run successful projects in Asia, Latin America and the USA. In recognition for his accomplishments, the Timex suppliers in China honored him with the award of the Chinese name 何文楷 (Ho Man Kai). Mark has taught International Business courses at Harper College and has conducted multiple webinars for Industry Week. Mark is a frequent guest on National Public Radio and is a contributing author of the book "Cases on Globalized and Culturally Appropriate E-Learning".
